- Quality Tenants
Our experience has shown that to protect your income and the long term value of your property, you depend on letting it to the right tenants. Our office in Millharbour E14 is in an ideal position to market your property to residents and commuters in the Docklands and nearby Canary Wharf. We have a constantly changing database of people looking to rent a property in Central, South, East London and Docklands. We ensure that your prospective tenants undergo comprehensive reference checks using independent agencies; either Let Sure or FCC Paragon, who also provide comprehensive insurance packages for landlords.
- Receiving your rent on time
Rents are collected by standing orders and paid to landlords daily.
- Protected Deposits
At the commencement of each tenancy, Property Match London arrange an independent inventory clerk to check-in your new tenants, providing a full schedule of condition and inventory. In accordance with the 2004 Housing Act, the deposit we collect is then registered with an appropriate deposit protection scheme such as the TDS. You can be assured that there is an independent third party ready to adjudicate the return of the deposit in the unlikely event that there are any disagreements that cannot be resolved by Property Match London.
